Return & Exchange

Return Policy: At ElluxJewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition, without signs of wear or damage.

Return Process: Please contact us at support@elluxjewels.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from your original purchase amount.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. After receiving an order, please give us 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchange Policy: At ElluxJewels, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, we are pleased to offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all packaging. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@elluxjewels.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. If the new item you select is of higher value, the price difference will be charged. Similarly, if the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or added to the payment.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed.

Canceling an Order: If you change your mind after placing an order and the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to receive your refund.
